Career Services – A Student perspective

09:00 – 10:00: Overview of state of the art – a lecture focusing on current practices across Europe in modern career services strategies and processes
10:00 – 11:30 Gap analysis – a facilitated round table discussion including key stakeholders (students, academics, deans and alumni) focusing on identifying current needs at national level
12:00 – 13:00: Benchmarking – a presentation of the benchmarking tool and reflection on own institutional practices
13:00 – 14:00: Career service planning – a focus group focusing on designing next steps for the creation of an integrated career service and synergies with industry.

12:00 – 13: 00: Planning HR development initiatives – a workshop on establishing professional and personal development projects
13:00 – 14:00 : Integrating 360-degree feedback into appraisals – a demonstration focusing on how to introduce self-assessment, appraisals, feedback and reward mechanisms in educational institutions
