An-Najah University Successfully Concludes "Tomorrow's Cities Decision Support Environment (TCDSE)" Course
Sept. 19, 2023, 8:29 a.m.The Urban Planning and Disaster Risk Reduction Center at An-Najah National University has wrapped up the intensive "Tomorrow's Cities Decision Support Environment (TCDSE)" Training Course. Over sixty participants from Palestine, including municipal engineers, planners, decision-makers, professionals from government, civil, and private sectors, students, and academics, came together for a three-day training program. Additionally, the course was enriched by the presence of Tomorrow's Cities Project teams from Nablus and thirteen international experts representing various countries, who contributed their knowledge in the field of disaster risk reduction.

PALDRM and An-Najah University Collaborate on Workshop for National Strategy and Media Plan for Risk Reduction
Aug. 27, 2023, 10:04 a.m.The National Disaster Risk Management Center (PALDRM) in Palestine has joined forces with the Urban Planning and Disaster Risk Reduction Center at An-Najah National University to organize a pivotal workshop. The workshop aimed to deliberate on the upcoming national strategy and media plan for risk reduction spanning from 2024 to 2029. The collaborative effort was undertaken to gather valuable feedback before finalizing the plan for submission to the Presidency of the Council of Ministers. The workshop took place at the PRCS building in Al-Bireh and comprised two focused sessions.
