An-Najah University Discusses Cooperation with the Higher Judicial Council
An-Najah University represented by the University President, Prof. Maher Natsheh and the Higher Judicial Council represented by Chief Justice Chancellor Issa Abu Sharar discussed possible means of cooperation.
The representatives discussed recording and archiving judicial rulings electronically on the Palestine Laws and Court Orders Encyclopedia "Maqam" of An-Najah University, and making the encyclopedia website available on the internet for the public audience.
Maqam provides a comprehensive picture of the legislations and judicial decisions made by Palestinian courts. It includes all laws established in Palestine and the judicial applications of legal provisions. The encyclopedia also keeps up-to-date on the laws being established by Palestinian courts.
