The meeting aimed to recognize the outstanding work and achievement of student Daraghmeh, one of the University special needs students. Daraghmeh aspires to continue his MA in Telecommunication Engineering.

The University's leadership regularly holds meetings with its top students whose academic standing and participation in extracurricular activities and community service are superior.

During the meeting, Prof. Natsheh noted that the University opens its ‎doors for students with disabilities and offers ‎them full support to ‎continue their higher education. He also noted how An-Najah focuses ‎its efforts on making the lives of students with disability more active ‎and integrated with the society of the University.‎

At the end of the meeting, Daraghmeh thanked the University's ‎leadership and professors for offering him the needed support ‎during his study years.‎

It is worth mentioning that the University's Students with Disabilities ‎Care Office provides academic and non-academic facilities to integrate ‎students with special needs into ‎the university environment, ‎extra lessons to finish study plans on time in coordination with ‎faculty ‎deans and heads of departments,  psychological, social and financial support and attracts ‎sponsors to offer funded scholarships and loans to them.‎
