Second Day of the Fourth International Palestine Taekwondo Championship Continues at An-Najah University
The Fourth International Palestine Taekwondo Championship entered its second day at the Physical Education Department of An-Najah National University. Organized by the Palestinian Taekwondo Federation in partnership with the Higher Council for Youth and Sports, the Palestine Olympic Committee, and An-Najah University, the prestigious event features Olympic champions and athletes from 19 Arab and foreign countries.
The second day commenced early in the morning, with competitions held for the youth category across both genders. A total of 76 athletes competed, comprising 64 males and 12 females, participating in various weight classes.
On the previous day, medals were awarded to fifty champions who secured top-three positions in their respective categories. The championship will conclude on Sunday with competitions in the junior category for both male and female athletes. The event will culminate in an official closing ceremony attended by several prominent figures, where the champions will be honored.
