The Faculty of Law Hosts Dr. Vladislav Tolstykh from Novosibirsk State University
The Faculty of Law at An-Najah National University has recently hosted Dr. Vladislav Tolstykh from Novosibirsk State University, Doctor of Law, Head of the International Law Department of the University of Novosibirsk and member of the Expert Council of the Supreme Arbitration Court of Russia.
During his visit to An-Najah, Dr. Tolstykh gave a lecture on strategies of the International Law for the Palestinian people and interventions and the International Humanitarian Law.
He also gave a lecture to the BA and MA students on the International Court of Justice and its judgments, advisory opinions and orders.
The visit aimed at discussing the non-western trends in the international constitutional law as well as accrediting the visiting professor programme at the Faculty of Law which increases opportunities to learn from the European experience.
