An-Najah Professor Participates in the First International Scientific Conference on Palestine-Russia Relations in Jericho
Dr. Luay Abu Reidah, staff member at An-Najah's Geography Department has recently participated in an international scientific conference titled: "Palestine-Russia Relations: Reality and Prospects" which was held at Al-Istiqlal University in Jericho.
Dr. Abu Reidah presented a research paper on the reality of the Palestine-Russia trade relations and their future prospects. The study shed light on the Palestinian foreign trade and its role in economic development in general and the Palestine-Russia trade relations in particular. It also focused on analyzing the Palestine-Russia trade relations during the period 1994 - 2017 and the internal and external challenges that face the Palestine-Russia trade relations.
The conference also addressed other political, economic, social, cultural and literary topics, in the presence of presidents of Palestinian and Russian universities and politicians and academics from Russia and Palestine.
