The American Corner Nablus holds a Closing Ceremony for the 'Girls Without Borders' Training

On Thursday, May 11th, 2017, the International Office's American Corner Nablus held a closing ceremony for the 'Girls Without Borders' training with students from the UNRWA Girls School in Balata Camp.
The ceremony was in recognition of over 25 hours of training in computer coding, English skills, problem solving and leadership skills a group of 20 students completed over the course of two and a half months.
The event included remarks by Dr. Mohammed Al-Amleh, Vice President for Academic Affairs, and presentations by students on their original computer games.

The programme is part of the regular afterschool programming the American Corner organizes through both UNRWA schools as well as public schools within Nablus.
