Industry
There is a continuous and constructive cooperation with the furniture industry sector in Palestine in the implementation of a number of projects within the courses which are relevant to the design and furniture industry. The Faculty of Fine Arts organizes periodically Gallery Furniture designed by students of the decor department and implemented by furniture companies which enhances the role of the partnership between the university and local community companies.
Teaching and Learning
The Interior Design programme provides students the opportunity to develop their creative and artistic talent within a unique, explorative and highly design-focused course structure where the main emphasis is on international contemporary design.Throughout the programme, students are educated in design awareness, ability and critique, method construction and the technical characteristics required to advance a career in the vast and complex industry of interior design.
Coursework and Assessment
Written exams, projects, reports (case studies), presentations, computer-based exams, and submitting research
