The programme aims at supplying public and private Palestinian institutions as well as the Arab labour market especially in the Gulf States with qualified specialists in geography and geomatics to meet the markets’ needs .

The programme also aspires to offer qualified survey teams to implement land settlement projects and spatial planning processes and achieve quantitatively accurate calculations in the Palestinian lands by using geomatics tools and techniques.
Geomatics embraces the traditional disciplines of land surveying, mapping, photogrammetry together and blends them with modern disciplines of digital photogrammetry and high density spatial data. Therfore, it can be used in damage control and documentation.
