Program Description

Geography is no longer defined as merely a field of science devoted to the study of lands, features, inhabitants and the phenomena of Earth; it is further a science involved in solving problems related to nature, human beings and economy.
The geomatics minor programme introduces An-Najah students to a contemporary field of study that overlaps with other academic disciplines such as civil, urban planning and surveying engineering.
An-Najah offers this programme to satisfy the Palestinian community’s need in linking sciences with the aforementioned programmes and provide it with experts and specialists in this field.
