Program Description

The program currently has 26 full time teaching staff: 23 professors and 3 lecturers. The program employs well-qualified faculty members with many years of academic and practical experience both regionally and internationally. The expertise of the academic staff covers the mean disciplines of civil engineering including: Structural engineering, Water resources and environmental engineering, transportation and highway engineering, surveying, geotechnical engineering, and construction engineering.
In addition, the program has laboratory facilities that are furnished with high quality state-of-the-art equipment facilitating advanced experimental work for teaching, research and consultancy. The laboratories are also staffed with qualified and well-trained laboratory assistants and technicians.
