Mission

The program mission aimed primarily at providing an academic and research environment utilizing university facilities as well as cooperating with other institutes and centers locally and in abroad. In order to meet the needs of the Palestinian communities, the program will provide specialists in specific fields of plant production as well as transferring technologies by training qualified human resources .

Vision

The Program aims to reach a high academic and research levels utilizing the flood of knowledge and technology to serve plant production sectors in the region taking into consideration the limitation of land and water resources, through utilizing the available well  trained personnel hosted by the institute .
