This program seeks to produce competent and well-qualified graduates in the field of fundamentals of Islamic Jurisprudence through mastering the basic Islamic rules to be used and applied. It also seeks to turn out graduates who are distinctive academically, culturally and morally. It also endeavors to make these graduates possess a broad knowledge of Islamic Jurisprudence and its fundamentals and strives to supply the Palestinian society with qualified academics, specialists and experts and meet the religious and educational needs of the people in the field of Islamic shari’a and fiqh.
