The Master's program in Investment and Finance aims to enhance the capabilities of students and researchers in various areas of this field of law, preparing them to excel in their roles with the expected standards of quality and precision. This advanced performance level ensures the fulfillment of the needs of Palestinian society and its market. Moreover, it contributes to the continuous development of the legal system in Palestine and addresses the societal challenges in the fields of investment and finance.
Furthermore, the program seeks to equip universities, research centers, and both public and private institutions in Palestine with skilled legal professionals capable of navigating legal developments, crafting new legislation, and refining existing laws.
To achieve its objectives, the program organizes workshops and specialized conferences on investment and finance laws, featuring expert speakers from esteemed universities and institutions.
Additionally, this program provides opportunities for academic exchange and visits with various universities. To serve the objectives of this program, the university collaborates by signing memorandums of understanding with several law faculties in local and international universities, as well as legal institutions within and outside Palestine.
