Translation and Applied Linguistics is one of the few programs that integrate different fields of study to develop students' abilities both theoretically and practically. The program primarily aims at preparing translators in all fields by providing them with the theoretical bases in the applied linguistic courses. So I think that the program is successful as it connects between theory and application. Moreover, the program provides innovative environment by focusing on other skills such as the development of diverse cultural thoughts which results in respecting both the other side and the different cultures. In addition, the program helps in the development of students' abilities in scientific research by encouraging them to think and search for a solution to the problems they encounter as students and workers in the field of translation

The program was resourceful and full of new experiences that opened new horizons for me. Undoubtedly, joining the master's program was an academic journey that polished my character as a researcher and critic in the field of linguistics and translation.

Frankly, this program is the first of its kind in Palestine. It is designed to prepare students to be good translators, help them build technical andprofessional language and translation skills,. In this realm, students recognize the different terminology in various fields and are taught how to provide effective and accurate translation. In this program, students are subject to a variety of cultures, which qualifies them for a number of professions around the world.
