The event was attended by Dr. Abdulsalam Alkaiyat, Vice President for Academic Affairs, along with representatives of embassies and international organizations, including the Ambassador of the Republic of Korea, the Deputy Ambassador of Japan, a representative of the French Educational Cooperation Attaché at the French Consulate General in Jerusalem, and the Director of the Russian House in Bethlehem.

The Open Day featured eleven language and cultural booths representing French, Spanish, Russian, Italian, Korean, Japanese, English, Arabic, German, Turkish, and Sign Language. The event also included interactive activities, competitions, and educational games designed to introduce students to the cultural aspects of each language, including traditions, customs, and traditional cuisine.

The initiative aimed to raise awareness of the importance of learning foreign languages as a bridge for communication among cultures, while fostering dialogue, mutual understanding, and intercultural exchange.
