An-Najah Participates in the Exchange of Training Opportunities for University Students in Libya

An-Najah National University took part in the 30th Forum for the Exchange of Training Offers for Arab University Students, organized by the Arab Council for Training and Student Creativity and the General Secretariat of the Association of Arab universities. The event was held in Tripoli, Libya.
The University was represented at the forum by Mr. Imad Al-Qasem, Director of the Practical Training Center. Hosted by the Open University of Libya, the forum brought together a distinguished group of Arab universities from across the region. As in previous years, An-Najah’s participation stood out through its active engagement, both in offering training opportunities and in conducting bilateral meetings with representatives of other universities.
Furthermore, An-Najah presented several remote training courses, organized in collaboration with various Palestinian partner institutions. In return, the University secured approximately 50 training opportunities for its students in Jordan, Oman, Egypt, Iraq, and the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. Additional opportunities are expected to follow. These training offers span a variety of fields, including medical, engineering, technical, sports, agricultural, and veterinary disciplines.
The six-day forum concluded with key recommendations to strengthen practical training in Arab universities, promote greater cooperation among institutions, and facilitate student mobility across the region to maximize training opportunities. At the close of the event, Mr. Al-Qasem presented commemorative gifts to the Open University of Libya’s management and to representatives of Arab universities that had hosted An-Najah students over the past year.
