As the first Arab award focused solely on scientific research, it aims to highlight significant achievements across the Arab world. This year’s award attracted 542 applicants from 27 Arab and non-Arab countries, who underwent a rigorous evaluation process conducted by a panel of esteemed scholars from 13 Arab nations.

The award encompasses a range of disciplines, including Medical and Health Sciences, Engineering and Technology Sciences, Basic Sciences, Humanitarian, Social and Educational Sciences, Economics and Administration Sciences, and Water, Energy and Food Sciences. Dr. Hamamra’s achievement underscores his substantial contributions to advancing scientific knowledge and addressing critical issues within his field.
