An-Najah National University has formalized a strategic partnership with Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Global University (TAG-GU) through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). This collaboration is set to strengthen joint efforts in the fields of academics and training, fostering greater opportunities for students and faculty alike.

The MoU was signed by Dr. Ra'fat Jallad, Dean of the Faculty of Business and Communication, representing the President of An-Najah National University, Prof. Abdel Nasser Zaid, and Ms. Yasmine Lefdawi, Director of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Global University, on behalf of His Excellency Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh.

Key areas of cooperation outlined in the agreement include the provision of a one-million-dollar grant by TAG-GU to support Palestinian students, as well as the introduction of mini-professional master’s programs offered by An-Najah National University. Both institutions will also collaborate on a variety of academic and training programs, leveraging the resources and expertise of An-Najah Innovation Park.

Additionally, the MoU explores the potential for collaboration in providing institutional accreditation services to An-Najah National University, in partnership with the Arab Organization for Quality Assurance in Education.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Dr. Jallad underscored An-Najah National University’s commitment to enhancing collaboration with Arab universities and delivering high-quality educational programs that prepare graduates to enter the labor market with the necessary skills and knowledge. Ms. Lefdawi echoed this sentiment, emphasizing that TAG-GU’s mission aligns with Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh's vision of expanding and improving access to education. She noted that TAG-GU actively collaborates with universities, NGOs, training institutions, and language schools to provide comprehensive educational offerings tailored to meet the diverse needs of students, regardless of their location.

This partnership represents a significant step forward in the ongoing efforts of both universities to advance educational excellence and accessibility across the region.
