The participating researchers from the University, Dr. Ola Anabtawi, Head of the Department of Nutrition and Food Technology, Dr. Manal Badrasawi, Faculty Member in the Department of Nutrition and Food Technology, Dr. Noha Al-Shawareb, Faculty Member in the Faculty of Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine, and Prof. Marah Shakhshir from the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, showcased their innovative research work in three scientific papers, including a poster presentation. Moreover, the researchers also managed scientific sessions and served as members of scientific committees during the preparation period for the conference.

The scientific papers presented by the An-Najah University researchers focused on the results of their innovative projects and research studies, which were aimed at developing and enhancing clinical and societal health and nutritional practices. Through this participation, the University remains dedicated to promoting a culture of scientific research and reinforcing its international standing while fostering partnerships between local and international institutions and universities.
