Dr. Loai Abu Raida's Visit to the University of Santiago de in Spain
As part of the Erasmus+ exchange program, Dr. Loai Abu Raida, economic geography assistant professor at An-Najah's Department of Geography, has recently participated in a scientific visit to the University of Santiago de in Spain.
Dr. Abu Raida was invited to be part of a number of lectures on the industrial sector in Palestine and the political and financial challenges that face this sector, both internally and externally.
He met with academic leaders and professors from University of Santiago de and discussed various models of collaboration between the geography departments at both universities.
During the meetings, Dr. Abu Raida shared with the academic leaders and professors the latest news of the geography department at An-Najah. He had a meeting with the Palestinian and Syrian ambassadors in Spain as well as a group of professors and businessmen in Galicia, in Northern Spain during an annual ceremony organized there.
