The event took place at the Hikmat Al-Masri Amphitheater in the New Campus and was attended by Professor Maher Natsheh, Acting President, the university vice presidents and assistants, faculty deans, heads of departments and a number of An-Najah’s administrative and academic bodies.

In his speech, Prof. Natsheh welcomed the attendees and said that An-Najah National University has been a beacon of excellence and innovation and overcomes the political and financial difficulties it always encounters.

He said that the University focuses on developing human resources and sets strategic plans that guarantee its academic progress. Therefore, the University is now top and Palestine and 21 in the Arab World according to Webometrics.

Prof. Natsheh extended his greetings to the Palestinian government headed by President Mahmoud Abbas and Prime Minister Prof. Rami Hamdallah where he thanked them for supporting the University.  He went on to express his gratitude to the Board of Trustees on their efforts, thanking as well the University staff, graduation committee and the deans and heads of departments that have contributed to serving An-Najah.

He then congratulated the graduates and their parents and wished them a bright future and a life filled with achievements.

Finally, Prof. Natsheh, the vice presidents, the president’s assistants and the Dean of Admission and Registration awarded the graduates with their certificates.
