Dr. Beshtawi was received by Drs Frank Eperjesi and Shehzad Naroo, who are international experts in optometry and ophthalmology. She met with a number of staff members and clinical officers responsible for student training in clinics to discuss the different teaching methods and the importance of expanding mutual cooperation in terms of expertise exchange and joint research production.

Dr. Beshtawi also visited Optegra Eye Hospital to learn about its various departments and units.
