During her visit, Dr. Oliveira met with Dr. Zahra Zawawi, Head of the Urban Planning Engineering Department to discuss possible means of mutual cooperation and academic exchange.

Dr. Oliveira also gave a lecture on public space planning in Guimarães, Portugal to the department students.

At the end of her visit, Dr. Oliveira was given a tour of Nablus city and Sebastia village to learn about the challenges that encounter urban planning in the Palestinian cities.
