An-Najah Professor Participates in the 2nd Annual Global Nursing Management and Innovation Forum in Berlin
On Thursday, March 9th, 2017, Dr. Ayda Qaisi, Head of the Nursing and Midwifery Department at An-Najah participated in the 2nd Annual Global Nursing Management and Innovation Forum in Berlin, Germany.
The event was over two days from March 9th-10th, 2017 and included several countries such as Germany, Ireland, Britain, India, Sweden, Denmark, Fenland, the U.S and Belgium.
Dr. Qaisi participated in two research papers titled: “Foster resilience in nursing students to better prepare them for their professional role Across sectional study” and “Trails and states resilience among nursing staff at An-Najah National University Hospital”.
Dr. Qaisi briefed the attendees on the university and An-Najah National University Hospital and called for possible means of mutual cooperation and exchange expertise with the participating countries.
It is worth mentioning that Palestine represented by An-Najah National University was the only participating Arab country.
