An-Najah Organizes a Seminar on “Love and Women in the Arabic Literature”

On Thursday, March 10th, 2016, the American Corner Nablus of the International Office and the cultural committee at Arabic Language Department at An-Najah organized a seminar titled: “Love and Women in the Arabic Literature”
Dr. Jaber Khdair, Lecturer at the Arabic Language Department talked about the Arabic literature and poetry over various periods of time. He also explained the stereotyped image of the Arab man and his relationship with women.
At the end of the seminar, a group of An-Najah students recited poems about women’s issues and Palestine.

- The seminar was also attended by Ms Alia Gilbrecht, Coordinator of the American Corner Nablus at An-Najah.
