The American Corner Nablus Organizes a Lecture on Coca-Cola Scholarships
On Sunday, March 13th, 2016, the American Corner Nablus of the International Office at An-Najah organized a lecture on Coca-Cola scholarships to the U.S. at the New Campus library.
The lecture was moderated by Engineers Ola Sayeh and Anan Aghbar, who have previously obtained the scholarship. Both engineers talked about their experience and presented on the scholarship’s requirements and application process.
The Coca-Cola Scholarship is offered by Coca-Cola Company and the U.S. Department of State to students from eight countries; namely, Palestine, Jordan, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Egypt, Tunisia, Algeria and Morocco. Almost 100 students gather annually in Indiana State to study entrepreneurship and exchange cultures. Students usually spend 5 weeks; one of which in Washington D.C. and Atlanta City.
