An-Najah National University Council Holds Meeting to Discuss Academic Affairs and Review Achievements for Sustainable Development

On Sunday, February 4th, 2024, at 11:00 AM, An-Najah National University convened its University Council meeting in the Zaher Al-Masri Auditorium, located in the old campus. The meeting was attended by vice presidents, presidential assistants, deans of faculties, department heads, and administrative directors.

At the outset of the meeting, Prof. Abdel Naser Zaid, President of the University, extended warm greetings to the attendees and briefed them on the latest developments occurring within the university across diverse domains.

The meeting discussed the university's key accomplishments and strategic orientations, along with the challenges it encounters and its societal role. Furthermore, it highlighted the university's duty and ongoing activities.

The meeting concluded with an open floor for colleagues to ask questions and provide feedback. The implementation steps for advancing activities and events aimed at fulfilling the university's strategic plan, with a focus on addressing challenges, strengthening the university's community role, and achieving sustainable development goals.

The meeting is convened in line with the university's vision to keep academic and administrative staff well-informed about ongoing educational advancements, administrative affairs, quality standards, and developmental initiatives.
