An-Najah Professor Obtains the Best Research Award in the IEOM 2016 Conference

Dr. Jaaron submitted a research paper titled: “Activating Organizational Learning Capabilities through Service Operations Design” which obtained the best research award in the conference and shed light on the impact of applying systems thinking principles for service operations design, expressed as the Vanguard Method, in activating organizational learning capabilities.
Dr. Jaaron also explained the progress made on the industrial engineering ABET accredited programme at An-Najah.
The IEOM conference is organized by the Industrial Engineering and Operations Management Society (IEOM) at Lawrence Technological University in Michigan.
