Student Moaz Asmar from the Graphic Design Department at An-Najah National University won second place in the 2021 Elevator World Press Photo Contests for the “Escalator & Moving Walks” category. Winners and finalists have been featured in the November issue of ELEVATOR WORLD.

Student Asmar commended the role of An-Najah University and the Deanship of Student Affairs in motivating students to participate in international contests to enable them to display the knowledge and skills they have amassed over the years. He noted that competitions play a role in encouriging students to perform and excel and offer a lot more reward than just the winning prize. He added:" I would like to thank my University to offer me the chance to gain substantial experience, showcase my skills, analyze and evaluate outcomes and uncover my personal aptitude through participating in such competitions."
