The 2022 Best Media Coverage Award was presented to the” Loyint” student startup. The” Loyint” student company is sponsored by the Palestine Telecommunications Company – Paltel and consists of a group of male and female students from An-Najah University.

The competition included that participation of 8 universities in the West Bank and Gaza Strip after two days of high-level competition.

Notes:

The “Student Company” program offers students between the ages of (16-24 years old) a practical training by helping them establish their own company with all its administrative, financial and marketing details under the direct supervision of consultants from the Palestinian private sector. The participants in the program are expected to raise the company’s capital by selling shares to shareholders and by selecting a commodity or a service produced and marketed by the company. At the end of the program, the participants liquidate the company and distribute profits to the shareholders. A national competition is held between student companies in Palestine, and then a regional competition between Arab countries takes place. This program is offered to eleventh grade and university students.
