An-Najah National University Researchers Publish Groundbreaking Study on Governance and Boardroom Diversity in Prestigious Springer Journal

The research was conducted by Dr. Aladdin Dwaikat, from the Department of Accounting at the Faculty of Business and Communication, in collaboration with Master’s students Abdelmalek Al-Tawil and Ali Salameh from the Master of Accounting program.
The study, titled "Boardroom Diversity and Financial Performance in Palestinian Banks and Insurers," was developed as part of the Forensic Accounting course in the Master’s program. It explores the impact of boardroom diversity on financial performance, providing valuable insights into corporate governance practices within the Palestinian banking and insurance sectors.
