The course, which commenced on Sunday, September 3, 2023, witnessed active participation from esteemed faculty members specializing in Shari'ah, Law, and Political Sciences. 

Conceived as part of the broader drive to cultivate and strengthen research acumen, the training aimed to equip researchers with the skills necessary for producing high-impact scientific research and disseminating it through prestigious international journals.

Distinguished individuals from the University graced the event, including Prof. Ismail Warad, Dean of Scientific Research; Prof. Jamal Zaid Al-Kilani, Dean of the Faculty of Shari'ah; Dr. Muayad Kamal Hattab, Vice Chairman of the Supreme Committee for Scientific Research; and committee members, Prof. Dr. Abdel Nasser Nour and Dr. Zuhair Khalif. The session also saw the participation of renowned committee members and subject matter experts, including Dr. Nidal Dweikat, Dr. Saida Affouneh, Dr. Saed Zyoud, Dr. Fayez Mahameed, Dr. Bilal Hamamra, and other specialists.

The comprehensive week-long course covered a spectrum of themes, encompassing the fundamentals of scientific research, research strategies, state-of-the-art international publishing, ethical considerations in scientific research, as well as quantitative and qualitative research methods. Practical exercises were conducted to apply acquired concepts, alongside the study and discussion of advanced research across various fields. Notably, the course culminated in the formation of research groups dedicated to supporting and elevating scientific research at An-Najah University, with a particular emphasis on encouraging publication in esteemed international scientific journals.
