Three An-Najah University researchers among top 10 in Palestine
AD Scientific Index identified three researchers from An-Najah National University among top ten researchers in Palestine in their fields based on citations and h-index in ranking scientists according to the “World Scientist and University Ranking 2021” list.
Dr. Ahmed Bassalat, staff member at An-Najah University's Physics Department is ranked first in Palestine, and his colleague Prof. Sameer Ikhdair is ranked 5th in the same discipline, and Prof. Waleed Sweileh, Professor of Pharmacy and Pharmacology at the University's faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences is ranked 9th.
Prof. Maher Natsheh, President of the University, says, "This is a cause for real national pride. An-Najah University is known for its academic excellence and recognized as a leading interdisciplinary university. It is a great honor for us that three of our researchers rank among top 10 of Palestine's best researchers."
