An-Najah Organizes Training Workshop on Working Women’s Mental Health
The Sustainability Office, in cooperation with the Training and Activities Unit at the Human Resources Department, organized a training workshop titled “Working Women’s Mental Health and Work–Life Balance” on Thursday, 26 February 2026, at An-Najah Innovation Park.
The workshop was delivered by Dr. Shadi Abu Al-Kabash, Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Humanities and Educational Sciences and a specialist in educational psychology. The session focused on raising awareness of the importance of employees’ mental health, managing daily stress, and achieving a healthy balance between professional and personal life, in ways that support staff well-being and enhance performance within the university work environment.
The workshop was coordinated by Dr. Dr. Loai Abu Raida, Sustainability Office Coordinator, and Ms. Ola Al-Ramhi from the Training and Activities Unit at the Human Resources Department.
Participants emphasized the importance of such workshops in supporting mental health, enhancing professional performance, and promoting optimal time management in the workplace, in alignment with the University’s values and its commitment to employee well-being.
