The Human Resources Department at An-Najah National University, in cooperation with the Faculty of Sharia, organized a workshop titled “Ramadan: The Month of Values and Initiatives,” as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen institutional values and promote positive behavior within the university work environment.

The workshop was delivered by Prof. Oudeh Abdullah, Head of the Department of Fundamentals of Religion, and Dr. Mohammad Jitan, Professor of Hadith and Islamic Thought.

The session addressed the objectives of Ramadan in relation to values and positive conduct in institutional work, highlighting the importance of investing the holy month in reinforcing both family and professional initiatives. The workshop witnessed notable engagement from participants and purposeful interventions that enriched the discussion.

It also emphasized making the most of the spiritual atmosphere of the holy month by renewing intentions, strengthening faith-based values, and embodying the principles of patience, excellence, and dedication in the workplace—reflecting positively on professional conduct and the spirit of cooperation within the university environment.

The Training and Activities Unit at the Human Resources Department oversaw the coordination and organization of the workshop.
