Medical imaging is a subject that was established by An-Najah National University on 2014.This field of study combines both imagination and creative thinking. Unfortunately, I see so many doubts and fears in the society to enter such field because of the radiationdanger, But whenever a student starts to study medical imaging, he or she will understand that many methods of protection are available, and such fears are not real anymore.

Medical imaging is a subject that looks very similar to other subjects in the faculty of medicine and health sciences, this was my believe at the first year, but later I started to really like my study even though there are manydifficulties and obstacles on the way. I like its lectures and subjects, and this was translated by the first activity we held at the faculty, the activity of the International Day of Radiology, we introduced our study and the related danger of radiation and how the human being could be protected from such danger.

Medical imaging is diagnostic method that looks inside our bodies and reviles the pathological cases without a need to any invasive surgical procedures. The person who is specialist in this field is called a technician
