The Master of Laws in International Law program is organized by An Najah National University in partnership with Al-Haq, a prominent Palestinian human rights organization. The program is the outcome of a unique collaboration between an academic institution and a Palestinian human rights organization. An Najah University and Al-Haq come together to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the law and its application. The University and Al-Haq, while working towards the same objective, complement each other and thereby strengthen and expedite student development and growth. They carry out the program in cooperation with acclaimed academic institutions abroad. Exchange of experiences, faculty staff, and students is encouraged.
Teaching and Learning
The master program is taught by Palestinian and international scholars and practitioners. The lecturers are of diverse backgrounds and expose students to different perspectives. The master program offers students a unique opportunity to learn the law by experiencing its application. For this very reason, the program is offered in partnership with Al-Haq. The entire program is designed around the conviction that students can serve society and assume leadership roles when they have the theoretical knowledge of the law and the skills necessary to apply it to a situation
