Enriching Palestinian institutions with a cadre of specialists in governance and anti-corruption, capable of effecting positive change within these institutions, elevating and developing them, and ensuring the protection of their foundations and structures on a sound basis, meeting the requirements of the labor market, and qualifying them to compete at both the local and international levels, thereby achieving sustainable development and serving the public interest in the State of Palestine.
