BREEDTECH Project Showcases Its Achievements at TEDI Najah Expo
A team from the Building Capacity in Plant Breeding and Biotechnology Education and Research through Partnership Program in Africa, the Middle East, and Europe for Agricultural Transformation (BREEDTECH) participated in the annual TEDI Najah Expo, organized by An-Najah National University.
During the event, the BREEDTECH team presented an engaging overview of the project’s goals, milestones, and scientific achievements. The presentation highlighted the diverse training programs, specialized workshops, and academic exchange visits carried out in collaboration with partner universities across Africa, Europe, and the Middle East—initiatives that have significantly contributed to advancing education and research in plant breeding and agricultural biotechnology.
The BREEDTECH booth drew considerable attention from students, faculty members, and visitors, who showed great enthusiasm for the project’s innovative research initiatives and its application of modern biotechnological tools to improve agricultural sustainability and productivity.
This participation reflects An-Najah National University’s continuous commitment to fostering innovation and applied scientific research, while connecting its students with international projects that enhance their technical, research, and professional competencies in the agricultural sciences.
