The signing ceremony was attended by Dr. Adbulsalam Alkhaiyat, Vice President for Academic Affairs; Dr. Saed Koni, Vice President for Administrative Affairs; Mr. Raed Debiy, Assistant to the President for Community Affairs; Mr. Ahmad Al-Sarghali, President’s Advisor for PR and Macrom; Prof. Dr. Monqez Shtaya, Director of the Scientific Centers; Prof. Dr. Saed Khayat, Director of the Grants and Projects Unit; Dr. Ra’fat Jallad, Dean of the Faculty of Business and Communication; and Mr. Ghazi Mortaja, Director of the Media Center.

The agreement aims to strengthen the Palestinian workforce and reduce graduate unemployment through training programs, joint conferences, educational initiatives on labor law and safety, and research into labor market needs. It also seeks to improve youth employment prospects by providing career guidance, hosting campus job fairs, and expanding access to job opportunities.

A joint committee will oversee the implementation of programs, with both sides committed to information sharing to achieve the agreement’s goals. Professor Zaid emphasized the University's role in preparing students for the labor market, describing the partnership as a vital contribution to Palestine’s social and economic growth.

Minister Dr. Attari underscored the value of partnering with An-Najah University to enhance vocational education and align student skills with labor market demands. She later toured the University’s Media Center, met "Adam," the first AI-powered staff member, and commended the center’s advancements in integrating artificial intelligence, highlighting its role in advancing the Palestinian media sector and connecting education with global technological trends.
