The MoU was signed by Prof. Abdel Nasser Zaid, President of An-Najah National University, and Prof. Ahmed Fakhry Al-Ajlouni, President of Al-Balqa Applied University, reflecting both institutions’ vision to foster regional partnerships and exchange expertise.

The agreement includes initiatives such as faculty and student exchanges, development of joint academic and dual-degree programs, organization of research projects and scientific seminars, training opportunities, and the exchange of publications and academic resources. It also focuses on developing diploma programs, promoting e-learning and distance education, supporting outstanding researchers, and encouraging publication in recognized journals, with the possibility of special issues and joint editorial appointments.

Both sides affirmed their commitment to improving their global rankings through strategic research cooperation and participation in international ranking systems.

This partnership aims to build an advanced model of academic collaboration, contributing to the advancement of higher education and research in the Arab region.
