An-Najah's Ph.D. program in Public Law is considered one of Palestine's leading programs, aiming to develop students' knowledge and skills in the field of public law, enhance the legal system, and provide it with new developments and legislative solutions. The program's objectives focus on consolidating students' legal scientific base, developing specialized intellectual capabilities and skills in the field of public law, and enabling them to conduct specialized comparative legal research and studies to enrich their legal knowledge.

Prof. Abdel Nasser Zaid, President of the University, commented, "We are proud of the accreditation of our Ph.D. program in public law, which reflects our relentless efforts in developing study programs and applying academic quality standards. This achievement aligns with our vision of providing distinguished programs according to the needs of the Palestinian and international community and preparing a professional cadre to face current and future challenges."

Dr. Naeem Salameh, Dean of the Faculty of Law, emphasized that the program is looking forward to building sustainable partnerships with the local and international community through research activities and field studies conducted by students under the supervision of specialized professors and researchers. The program aims to promote and develop public law, establishing a strong foundation for competition at both local and regional levels, while meeting the demands of the labor market. The program seeks to serve the interests of individuals and the public interest in the State of Palestine by ensuring the protection of the legal system's foundations and building it on a solid basis.

An-Najah National University currently offers 13 doctoral programs in various medical, scientific, and humanitarian fields, including the newly accredited Ph.D. program in Public Law.
