An-Najah Participates in the 75th IAESTE Annual Conference 2022
An-Najah National University, represented by Dr. Reyad Abdul Kareem, Director of the Scientific Training Center at the University, and Representative of IAESTE in Palestine, participated in the International Association for the Exchange of Students for Technical Experience (IAESTE) Annual Conference, which was held in Vienna, over six days from 21-27 January, 2022. The event included delegates from all IAESTE member countries met – in person, online or hybrid with the aim of exchanging internships and managing the association's business.
The conference aimed at exchanging technical training opportunities in countries such as Germany, the U.K, China, Austria, Belgium, Sweden, Switzerland, Spain, Portugal, Korea and Czech Republic. It included more than 500 participants from 79 countries who gathered to engage in discussions about the future of IAESTE and youth.
The conference included exchanging 30 training opportunities in different scientific and artistic fields between Palestine and 20 world countries including Germany, Belgium, Switzerland, Austria, Spain, Portugal, Turkey, Tunisia, Oman, Czech, South Korea, Thailand, and India.

The International Association for the Exchange of Students for Technical Experience aims to provide science, engineering and applied arts undergraduates with training experience abroad relevant to their studies, to offer employers well qualified and motivated foreign trainees, and to be a source of cultural enrichment for trainees and their host employers.
