An-Najah Professor Participates in the 2nd International Middle East Symposium in Turkey
On Wednesday, May 4th, 2016, Professor Ihsan Al-Deek, Lecturer at the Arabic Language Department at An-Najah participated in the 2nd International Middle East Symposium at Kırıkkale University in Turkey.
The symposium was over four days from May 4th-7th, 2016 and aimed at discussing the political and diplomatic changes occurring in the Middle East.
Prof. Al-Deek presented a research paper on hebronization and jewishization of Palestine and moderated a session attended by 150 researchers from 18 countries around the world.
In the same context, Prof. Al-Deek participated in the Palestine International Book Fair which was organized by the Palestinian Ministry of Culture in Ramallah. The book fair took place on Wednesday, May 11th, 2016 where Prof. Al-Deek gave a lecture on resistance and the language of revolution in Samih Al-Qasim poetry.
