Introduction:

The Research to Market (R2M) project at An-Najah National University is dedicated to fostering interdisciplinary research collaborations. This project aims to create transformative connections between AI & Data and various academic fields, both within the university and the broader community. Through R2M, students and faculty are encouraged to push the boundaries of computer science, potentially leading to innovative startup ideas and spinoff ventures. Interdisciplinary collaborations are actively promoted, with undergraduate students from diverse departments joining forces to explore HI-TECH solutions that have entrepreneurial potential, particularly in sectors like tourism, agriculture, business services, and manufacturing.

This project is implemented by the UNDP in Partnership with the Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE) and is funded by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC).

Call for Proposals:

We invite faculty members, researchers, and students to submit project proposals that align with the goals of the R2M initiative. We are looking for innovative projects that bridge the gap between academic research and market applications.

Submission Details:

• Deadline: 1/9/2024, 12:00 PM
• Submission Requirements: Each project proposal should contain the following:
  • Project Title: Provide a concise and descriptive title for your project.
  • Project Description: A comprehensive description of no more than 1000 words, detailing the project’s scope, objectives, problem statements, and its connection with the market.
  • Names and emails of team members.
  • Potential Market Sectors: Identify the potential sectors from the market that can benefit from the project.
