An-Najah National University has preserved its status as top university in Palestine achieving 2440 points, doubling the points of the second university in the Research Gate ranking.

According to www.Scopus.com, An-Najah was ranked first in research publication in Palestine.
Professor Waleed Sweileh, Dr. Sa'ed Zyoud, Dr. Samah Al-Jabi and Professor Ismael Warrad have respectively been ranked second, third, fourth and eighth places in scientific publication on a national level.
Furthermore, An-Najah’s research productivity has qualified it to be amongst the top 5% of the Arab universities, 10% of the international universities and the top university on a national level.
An-Najah also topped 3130 American academic institutions out of 3621 according to the world ranking of Webometrics; a Spanish website that monitors most advanced university websites from around the world.
The credit for this achievement stated Prof. Maher Natsheh, Acting President of An-Najah goes to the administration constant encouragement and motivation to its researchers as it offers research awards annually to the most published faculty’s and faculty member. Professor Natsheh also expressed his thanks to An-Najah's staff and researchers for their efforts in making the project a success.

Dr. Waleed Sweileh, Dean of Scientific Research stated that An-Najah has achieved prominent progress in international publishing and has doubled its publications from 510 researches in 2012 to 80 researches in 2013 and 100 ones in 2014. He also mentioned that Dr. Zyoud has published 54 research papers through his teaching career.
In May 2015, An-Najah's Journal received 32 research papers to be published through the research gate.
