On Monday, May 17, 2015 the Faculty of Fine Arts and the Public Relations Department at An-Najah hosted Dr. Peter Wilson, Australian Artist and ceramics Specialist for a workshop on his work and experience.

Dr. Wilson was accompanied by Ms.  Lima Anfous, Public Affairs Coordinator at the Australian Representative Office-Palestine and was received by Dr. Ghawi Ghawi, Dean of the Faculty of Fine Arts.

Dr. Wilson met students from the faculty and the talked about his experience in the field displaying pieces of his own work. He also created a ceramics sculpture before the students explaining the process.

Afterwards, Dr. Wilson answered the attendees’ questions and discussed their comments.

-          The workshop was attended by Mr. Kamal Zeidan, Head of Fine Arts Department and Mr. Mohammed Morshed, Events Coordinator at the Public Relations Department.

-          Mr. Wilson was given a tour of the faculty's museum, gallery and ateliers as well as the Old City at Nablus.
