Between 11-14 June, Dr. Sami Jaber, Vice President for Academic Affairs, travelled to Geneva to meet with the General Director of the European Council for Nuclear Research (CERN).

At the meeting Dr. Jaber signed a cooperation agreement with the ATLAS Experiment project, which will enable Physics postgraduate students to conduct scientific research at CERN, and also facilitate scientific visits between An-Najah to CERN.

Dr. Jaber also met with Professor Rolf-Dieter Heuer, General Director of CERN who expressed CERN’s commitment to cooperate with An-Najah.
